Chemical components:
The chemical components isolated and identified from the Houttuynia cordata extract include volatile oils, flavonoids, organic acids, alkaloids and sterols.
1. Flavonoids mainly include Quercetin, Isoguercitrin, Quercitrin, Reynoutrin (Quercetin-3-xylosin), Hyperin ), rutin (Rutin). Quercetin is a common ingredient in plants, and it is known that more than 100 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines contain quercetin. It was measured by differential pulse polarography that the content of quercetin was 0.4%. In addition, it still contains chlorogenic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and other potassium salts (about 2.7%), as well as β-sitosterol and phytine (CChemicalbookordarine).
2. The main organic acids are chlorogenic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid, capric acid, decanoic acid, aspartic acid, aristolochic acid, caprylic acid, etc., and also contain aspartic acid acid, glutamine, serine, histidine, glycine, threonine, alanine, arginine, tyrosine, valine, methionine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, leucine 16 amino acids including amino acid, lysine and proline.
3. Sterols mainly include stigmasterol, phaseyl alcohol, beta-sitosterol, spinachol, stigmasterol-4-ene-3,6-dione, brassicasterol and so on.
4. The main alkaloids are Houttuynia cordata, cis-N-(4-hydroxystyryl)benzamide, trans-N-(4-hydroxystyryl)benzamide, apo Phenolic alkaloids.
