What is moisture?
Dampness is a concept in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which refers to the moist qi in the human body. When moisture is too heavy, people may feel heavy, weak limbs, confused mind, joint pain, and even skin symptoms such as eczema and itching. In the view of traditional Chinese medicine, excessive moisture is closely related to many factors such as climate, diet, and living habits.

 

How is moisture formed?

How to dispel dampness through diet therapy?

Braised carp soup with preserved orange peel

Ingredients: 6g sand kernel, 1/4 orange peel, 300-400g crucian carp, 4 coriander, 3 pieces of ginger.
Method: Break the sand kernel, soak the orange peel until soft, wash the coriander, clean up the crucian fish, remove the scales and intestinal impurities. Ingredients: 350g ribs, 200g Job's tears, 250g lotus seeds
