Professor Zhouxiaojiang

He is the discipline leader of the "225" project for high-level health talents in Hunan Province, an expert in the work of national licensed pharmacists, and a peer review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 300 papers, including more than 30 papers included in SCI, obtained more than 10 invention patents, formulated and approved the implementation of 17 provincial and group standards, and formulated 6 national standards.

Taking natural plant Chinese medicine resources as the object, we have established a scientific research team for the research and quality evaluation of effective components of Chinese medicine to solve the key scientific problems in the field of Chinese medicine quality, and have formed three directions:

① Separation, purification and functional study of the effective components of natural plant traditional Chinese medicine;

② Genuine research on natural plant traditional Chinese medicine;

③ Study on the standardization of natural plant traditional Chinese medicine.

 

 

 

 

Professor Wangjianhui

He has been a doctor studying in Japan for a long time and has been engaged in research in the field of food storage and processing. He has been approved to establish Hunan jiayuanlu flavor innovation and entrepreneurship team (team leader, 2019), Hunan Provincial Science and technology innovation 121 talent plan talent (2019) and Western Hunan special experts (2018). He has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects; Won the first prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award and one Hunan Youth Science and technology award respectively; More than 100 scientific research papers have been published, including more than 30 SCI papers, 42 national invention patents and 2 international invention patents.

Taking natural flavor plants as the object, a research team on the application technology of natural plant essential oils in food is established to solve the key scientific problems of natural plant essential oils in the food field. At present, the application of compound seasonings based on natural plant essential oils in the field of prefabricated dishes is being carried out to meet the flavor needs of prefabricated dishes.
